I bought this mascara purely off the packaging, I didn't look up any reviews but I had previously bought different products from Rimmel London and loved it! Before purchasing I searched everywhere on the packaging for "waterproof", it wasn't written anywhere but nonetheless I decided to give it a try.

Trying it at first, I was impressed. I loved the brush, it was small, great for getting your corner lashes and bottom lashes. It  gave my lashes a curl without the use of an eyelash curler (I usually curl my lashes before applying mascara but for the sake of testing I did not.) and it lengthens and separates.It reminds me of the Korean brand Fairydrops Scandal Queen Mascara brush.

I wore it for about 11 hours, during that time I noticed it was flaking, my curl dropped after 3 hours and it smudged. I was disappointed but I wasn't ready to give up on it just yet, I gave it another try using an eyelash curler and was disappointed once again :(. As for the claim of it improving the strength of your lashes, I personally don't see a difference. I am yet to find a mascara from the drugstore that is better than the Loreal Voluminous Million Lashes.

I hope you all are having a fantastic Friday filled with unimaginable joy! I want to start off by saying this product did not bring me unimaginable joy as I would have liked it to. I had high hopes for this product but on initial application I was absolutely disappointed, fall out and glitters everywhere!!! Not only that but with one swipe there was hardly any product on my lid, only after 2 to 3 applications of it I got some promising color.  In regards to staying power, don't expect it to last any longer than 4 to 5 hours once you applied a good base before application.

If you really want full use of this product, you can empty the contents from the bottle into a jar, then apply wet using an angled brush. But I'm sure most of you out there including myself would rather not have to go through that. 

 It is a product that is overpriced that does not deliver the quality as claimed and I gave this product 1 out of 5 for packaging and that's as good as it gets!

I love Loreal products but this one left me thinking, "What were they thinking?"

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to try the Revlon Lip Butters because of all the hype it was getting, I chose this color because I was looking for a coral color that was not too bright. I like the sheerness of this particular color from the range,it works well with multiple skin tones and it moisturizes my lips leaving it feeling soft and supple. The packaging is quite lovely and it is very sturdy as well.

The one thing I didn't like about this product is the chunks of gold shimmers in it, it's OK for me, but when I kissed my boyfriend his lips were covered with glitters (lol) so I would not recommend this product for a first date or romantic time with your hubby (unless he's into that kind of thing) ha ha. I would provide a swatch of the product but it is barely showing up on my skin.

I plan on purchasing other colors from the range and will let you guys know how they work out. I hope this review was helpful to you all.

I want to start off this review by saying this is one of the best drugstore nail polishes I have ever owned. The first time applying the product I was blown away, with just one quote it was true to color and there is no need for a top coat because as the product description claims it has "shine complex" which is true. The brush applicator is thicker than the standard brushes that come with nail polishes, I like this because it makes for a quicker application. 


On the packaging, it says "Up to 10 days", this is not true, it lasts about 5-7 days if so much without chipping. The name of this nail polish may be confusing, it says steel grey but it has a purple undertone which was the reason for me buying it in the first place.

I hope everyone is having the most fantastic day ever! I am so excited to give a review on this product because I absolutely love it. All the claims are true, when you apply it to the face it instantly warms on contact, the scent in amazing. When using this product I feel as if I'm in a Spa! It is gentle enough to use every day and when you're done you will see amazing results after the first use. It has also helped with my acne, curing and preventing it.

The only Con is that it is pricey but it is well worth it! This is definitely a repurchase for me, I LOVE it!!

Today I am going to talk about the E.L.F Studio Daily Brush Cleaner. This is a GREAT product, it does everything it claims to. This brush cleaner is great for on the spot cleaning, it has a spray nozzle, it has a fresh scent, and disinfects. It offers you convenience because it saves you time without having to wash them then wait for them to dry to use again. You get a quality product at a price that you just can't beat! 

I always use this brush cleaner to clean my brushes, and it does a tremendous job, however when it comes to foundation brushes I would find myself having to use a lot of product. This is minute, any brush that you use for your face should be cleansed daily with a baby shampoo or any product of your choice.

As you all may know, nude lips have been trending for quite a while now and I don't think it would be disappearing anytime soon. If you are out there hunting for the perfect nude lipstick, this is the one! This lipstick is in the creme sheen finish,it gives smooth application and it semi moisturizes your lips even without applying lip balm prior to application. This lipstick does not claim to be long lasting but it lasts through eating or drinking and surprisingly it stays in place!

The only downside to this product is the price, not many people may be willing to pay $14.50 for a lipstick. If you are on a budget there are a lot of duplicates of this lipstick at the drugstore, some of them are E.l.f's Mineral Lipstick in Natural Nymph, Hard Candy in Firearm or Revlon's Matte Lipstick in Nude Attitude.

I hope you guys are doing well! I'm going to get straight into the review, this nail polish SUCKS! Maybe it's the color I purchased, I don't know but the quality is terrible. The claim of the top coat is true, it left my nails shiny and radiant. To get full opacity for this color it has to be applied at least three to four times, after applying the product, barely 24 hours passed and it was chipping and falling off of my nails. 

This is definitely not a repurchase for me, I would have to say this is my least favorite of my collection. One word to sum up my opinion on this nail polish is DISAPPOINTED.

I'm sure you've heard about the Tresemme 24 Hour Body Hairsprays, here is my take on them. It was never my intention to buy this product at first, I was looking to buy the Tres Two Extra Hold Hairspray that everyone was raving about but at my local drugstore it was unavailable so instead I got this one. 


This hairspray is very different from the previous one I owned, different in the sense where the smell was unbearable. It left my hair with flakes that caused dandruff in my hair and left it feeling fried. Not this one! It's super light weight, your hair feels soft to the touch, definitely not sticky to the touch. I spray some product into my finger tips to put on my baby hairs, after applying, it does not leave a sticky residue on my hand. It does not have that chemical smell like most other hairsprays; it has a semi floral scent to it.


The  downside to this hairspray is that it does not stand up to humidity as it claims to, it also does not last 24 hours but who realistically wants hairspray in their hair that long? (Not me lol :) )

I hope everyone is having a fantastic day! Today I am here to talk about a palette from Sacha Cosmetics, some of you may not be familiar with this particular brand in the US but people from the Caribbean can identify. Just as a little history, Sacha Cosmetics was founded in the the country of Trinidad and Tobago (my home country :D) with the vision of catering for exotic skin tones like those of the ladies in Trinidad and Tobago.


Now, on to the review. I got the palette from my sister as a gift, I was beyond excited because I had heard so many good things about Sacha Cosmetics and I must say I was not disappointed. First thing that came to mind when putting on this eye shadow for the first time was "good quality", the texture sort of reminds me of Urban Decay eye shadows but it's not the same.You get 8 hour wear without a primer. What I did not like was some of the colors were not as silky smooth, it was hard to get true color and the fall out (minuscule with a quick fix of powder :))

This palette consists of Greens and Neutral shades making it easy for every day use or formal occasions. It may be pricey for some but the quality is good and you get 14 shades for $25USD so it isn't all that bad in my opinion. All shadows have gold shimmer.

I want to start off this review by saying that, I LOVE this palette! It comes in 6 different shades, 3 matte and 3 shimmer. The matte shades are great for when you want a natural look for everyday or if you just prefer wearing matte eye shadow over shimmer. There is not a bad thing I have to say about this eye shadow, once you wear a primer before application the product does not fade and even without primer you get a decent 6 hour wear.  For night time or whenever you prefer you can vamp up your look like this smokey eye I created:

Hello Everyone!!!

Welcome. Today I am here to talk about Mac's Zoom Fast Black Lash Mascara. I received this mascara as a gift from my boyfriend over this past Christmas and I really like it. The brush is thin and small enough to reach every lash. The first time I wore it, I was wowed!! My eyelashes looked false, I am mixed with Asian so I have the wimpy non thick lashes that grow downward so try to imagine my reaction lol. It held the curl pretty much all day when I wore it, so I was definitely happy about that. Lashes feel soft and flexible.

Now on to the things I did not like about this mascara, I do not know if this comes in waterproof but the one I received is not but I would still expect it to hold up better in humidity and drizzle. It gives light smudging hence light raccoon eyes. This may be a bit on the pricey side for some, I would say go for the Loreal Voluminous Million Lashes if you want something a little bit cheaper and a little bit better.

All in all this is a great mascara if you want that intense black, smokey smoldering effect!
